A Christmas note.

O&OA wishes its readers — and future readers — a happy Christmas.

Whether Christian or not, more than ever we should reflect on the importance of spirituality, in whatever form it may take.

As for me, over the coming days I will be even more focused on, and devoted to, my family and to the people I hold dearest. I am also taking this opportunity to disconnect a little from the online world — something I value deeply but which, for reasons beyond our control (the world we live in), is not always possible — and to be more present in real life, with what truly matters.
